Research showed that not many people knew that Fantastic Sams was a full-service hair salon. Focusing on the 16-30 demographic, a broadcast campaign and in-store posters were developed to help upsell services and more importantly instill confidence in the stylists. Post campaign research showed an increased ticket price of almost 15% per customer.
